I have an old account and EE app says it is now closed. But now i am back!

I have an old EE account and EE app says it is now closed. But now i am back! 

But my email is the same. 

So, how do i login to the EE app with my new account but using the same email? 

Help!

You can't have 2 a/c's with the same login email addy. You may need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same  email addy if desired.

I have the same problem having been moved to EE broadband and mobiles when I renewed my BT broadband. My service started on the 30th October 24. Contacted tech support to sort the account closed  problem, promised it would be done within 5 days, it is still not working as of today, 9th November. Wish that I had insisted that I stay with BT as this is only one of many problems that I have encountered! So far I have spent about 15hrs on the phone to CS. Not impressed!!
