I go a new phone in september samsung s22. I haven't been able to link my phone account with the app instead I have to go to the website to view my bill usage etc. Can anyone tell me how do I connect my phone account the app?

@Pammysk You just sign in to it with the same information you use to sign in online with.

Thanks for replying. It keeps saying there's a problem when I try to sign in and asks me to go to the website.

Do you have the latest version of the app?
Are you able to log in online OK?

I can log in online but can't access using the app. I think its the most up to date version but I'll check
