I recently re-joined EE after being with another provider for a couple of years and am unable to link my SIM to my account.
My number is the same as it was when I was with EE previously and when I try to link it, the app/website states that it is already linked to another account. My old login no longer works and so I am not able to change across to my new account.
Has anybody else experienced this and can you please provide some advice as to how I can overcome this issue?

You need to call CS to delete your old closed MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.
