Hello I can log in to my account however whenever I go to upgrade or buy something from the shop it tells me that it can not log me in and to co tinge to purchase what I was purchasing however the option to purchase is only available if I already have an account

What are looking to purchase? Have you tried opening a new web browser after removing cookies and cache, and logging into your EE account?
