Hi I had been with EE and not had signal in my area so I never got the benefit of the package I chose. When my contract was up I got my PAC code and transferred to another provider.
I had a call from EE offering me to stay with them, I politely refused and mentioned I had no service for the last 2 years.
Within the hour I was getting texts about my new Samsung and delivery details etc. I am an iPhone girl for a start!
I called customer services who said they would put things straight and look into the person who set this up.
I didn't hear from EE again, no phone was attempted to be delivered (which they said refuse delivery if it did turn up)
Forward a few months on and I have received a big bill for £637.26!!!! and threatening me with credit reference agencies!
I logged onto my account and there is no outstanding balance, no contract, nothing!
I cant get hold of EE now and I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I am expecting another few hours of my life sorting this out. EE sort it out!!!

Are you sure the msg with the big bill comes from EE? Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

Yes, it is definitely from EE. It was a letter in the post

HI there @Bluecow
I am very sorry to hear this has happened.
How long ago did you contact our mobile guides to get this looked into?
What was the number that called you to set up the contract?
Leanne 🙂
