Hi, does anybody know how to access my proof of purchase documents via the app so that I can claim my free watch please

@Richardbu1  You got that when the phone was delivered.  Ie it’s the paper work that was inside the package the you received

As @Chris_B has advised, the proof of purchase would be with your order, or if you ordered in store, all the details will be on the documents provided.

@Leanne_T - I bought an item via flexi pay on line/ over the phone and now the item is faulty and I need to make a claim on my bank account tekpak insurance but I need to obtain proof of purchase.  I have called twice and spoken to an attendant in an EE shop but no one can help me.    Please can you help me - I purchased Apple promax headphones in MArch 2024 so its no longer on my order history.
