I'm new to EE, having been moved by BT. As part of my broadband package, I have a £10/month mobile plan which I thought was unlimited text, voice and data.
I've been charged £12.50 but can't see what the additional £2.50 is for. I have the EE App and also a webprofile but it's so full of advertising and stuff that I don't want, I'm really struggling to navigate. The App says that my mobile is linked but I can't fid how to see any details. Their website is no better. I've tried texting messages to 150 but this just sends me around in circles.
It's only £2.50 but I'm definitely feeling duped. These guys are impossible to contact by Chat or by email.
Can anyone please help me to access the billing details?
Thanks in advance

Hi there @David5050
Thanks for coming to the community.
You can view your bill in the EE account then Manage, and Bills and Payments.
If you don't need an itemised bill. you can remove this by giving us a call on 150 and the team will get this sorted for you.
Leanne.

Hi @David506
You call 150 from your EE mobile.
The £2.50 sounds like itemised billing add-on. To remove this you'll need to speak to EE CS.
Thanks

I believe the £2.50 is for access to itemised billing. However, Trying to find it is another matter. I too have just moved from BT where billing appeared much simpler and itemised billing was readily accessible. I don't understand why we have to pay an additional charge to view the calls we made.
