How do I contact EE without having to call? The live chat feature seems to have been removed and I can't get through via the relay service. Why does such a large and key service provider have such limited contact portals?

It never shows up
I have been trying to place an order for days now and all it soes is goes in a loop adds to basket but can't checkout. I've seen lots of people complaining about this already. Has this issue been logged as it has been like this for weeks now. Tried deleting cookies and caches, differnt devices, different browsers. Nothing and can never online chat to get it sorted I give up

The online chat never shows up so I am no further forward. There are lots of people complaining on the community pages so not sure how you are not aware of the issue. I only looked last night and found a long thread going back to mid Sept. I have had a phone in my basket 5 times now and when you click on the basket to complete checkout it just takes you back to the shop. It's as if it's on a loop

Is the live chat service still available? I never see the live chat button. I have looked everywhere. Are they not open on Saturday 2pm? Is it like a pop up window?
My issue is that I topped up £5 on my payg plan but still I cannot make calls/send sms. Whenever I try I get a voice message that I don't have any credit even though my credit does show up on my account. Do I need to buy a package before I can use my credit? Can't I just use my credit from the get go?

Live Chat is currently not available for pay as you go users.
Is the SIM a new SIM?
Does it show you are connected to the EE network?
