Hi @Oliviaa567,

You can change the content lock settings by following the guides on this page.

If you want to remove content lock and you are on PAYG then you will need to either call EE with a credit card and pay a small refundable amount, or pop into an EE store with your photo ID. Pay monthly customers can use this page to remove it online.
