@BoloBolo63 Can you access your online account? If you can then on your device try clearing the device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app. If you can not access your online account you need to call customer services and request an account reset.

Not now Christopher G, but like I wrote, why wait for People to have issues and then let them try and find solutions!? Inform the customer at all times!
