How long is website usually down for maintenance?

I’ve been trying to login to gift some data to from 11 pm……… It is now nearly 3 am……… I would’ve thought that they would’ve finished the maintenance by now…… Can anyone tell me how long the site is usually down when this sort of thing happens? Thanks……

I’ve had the exact same problem with trying to gift my son data ,first of all it said there’s was a problem trying to gift data then the app was down all night so my son couldn’t stream anything or get in his banking app because he’s ran out of data and where we live is out of the range of the always connected data. I’ve now gone to pay my bill as the app is back up and that’s not working properly but my bank has it pending so this is a nightmare

Even with the latest app version, it’s still not working properly and not all pages are opening, I have to go to the main website to check everything, it’s move convoluted. EE are aware of the ongoing issues & raised a ticket with their IT team, my chat with them via X is being kept open until it can be fixed.

@CharBar2  the always connected data is exactly the same connection as your standard data connection .  It’s from the same mast via the same frequencies, it’s just had a slow speed.
