Help: Cannot see contract info

I am unable to see anything about my mobile contract informatiom, no usage, no bills nothing. 

Cant link it as already says its limked. Please help

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

Can you view your contract information when you sign in via the website rather than the app? 

Please make sure your App is on the latest software, if it is already up to date then you could try un-installing the app and re-installing it to see if that works. 

If you are still unable to view your information after trying the above steps, I would recommend Contacting our guides, they will be able to take a look into this for you.

Have never been able to see my contract details either on the app or on the webpage.

This is the message currently on the webpage, it was the same message last month:

Your plan

We can’t show your plan right now. Refresh or come back later when we’ve fixed things.

 
If you press Refresh nothing happens. I don't want to have to phone up someone when in this day and age it should be accessible online. I also hade a problem with EE when I first took out the contract and that was never resolved despite hours and hours on the phone so in the end I gave up. Useless.

Hi @ATCO2 

It sounds like there may be an issue with your online access. 
Please give our Customer Service team on 150 from your handset where a guide will be able to investigate the error you're experiencing. 
They may need to raise a ticket to the technical team, to resolve the glitches you have faced. Or alternatively remove your online access completely allowing you to re-register with a fresh access. 

Once this has been resolved you'll be able to access your details, plans and contract as expected.
