Hello EE whenever I pay with my phone bill it always says error and it’s really frustrating and really annoying I don’t know why but whenever I buy things it works but when I buy another thing it doesn’t and also is their a limit to the bills Thanks

Charge to mobile bill services are limited to a maximum single transaction value of £40 and have a monthly limit of £240.
