@DocNB : There's nowt to link if you don't already have any EE products. All you can do with it is come to this Community as you have done.
If you don't login to it you can buy mobile phones and SIMs from the EE online Shop. Then you will have something to link to it.

@DocNB if you’re trying to purchase from the add to plan store you can’t, as you need to be a contract customer of EE.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
