Head office please

Does anyone know an email address of head office please. I need to make a complaint I've called EE 10 times with no luck and had enough quiet frankly talking to people who don't know what they are talking about and all the promises that it will get sorted. Before I take this legally, yes it's that bad.

You will get through to someone @Tresco21. I know it is not ideal, but it is just a case of waiting until a guide is available.

If you aren't happy with the service you've had so far, you can raise a complaint when you get through to the team, or by using our complaints webform.

Do you not understand how smug you sound? The whole point of a customer  service team is to help customers, not to tell them they should just learn to wait ...and wait...and wait...   If I could get out of this situation simply, I would, and I will never again recommend EE, who have turned out to be desperately incompetent. You have offered no help at all - this website is clearly not intended to. It is simply a diversionary tactic.

I appreciate your frustration @Tresco21, and it is certainly not my intention to sound smug, I was just making sure that you were getting into the queue. As you are, the call would be answered as soon as someone is available.
