Had plan a year and still not activated apple music inclu

Have 3 ee plans loyal customer. One plan I've had about a year with one inclusive extra I set up as apple music which never got text for to set up. Trying to set up now but saying I have to select another inclusive extra and wait 30 days before I can change it. Not even set up the inclusive extra about a year in contact

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they may be able to activate the inclusive extra from our side for you.
