I found out about the apple music add on and so i decided to use it i activated it this morning and it was working perfectly however I got a message saying it was cancelled when i didn’t cancel it. I tried to reactive it but it’s saying i can't is there any way this can be removed and readded to my account ?
I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to help you with that. There's a 'message us' option in your EE App, under the 'help' section.
