HI THERE
When setting up or rather I should say when attempting to link my accounts, I get through the e tire process until a stop screen appears with a "given name" error message, saying that I must call 150 and quote the error message given name is different to the account. Do I need to call 150 or can this be done electronically??
Kind Regards

@MrMichaelGreen : If it's saying you must call EE to sort this error out then you must call EE! It never said do it electronically.

Thanks so much for your speedy response! It's greatly appreciated!
I was just thinking along the lines of keeping call times down in their contact centres, and was wondering if there was a tool that you tech savvy people had some know how over us less savvie people. I jest of course. I'm glad there are people around like you that have the know how that some how us others do not.
Greatly appreciated advice.. Will remember for in the future.
Just an idea though, as you're not a representative of the company , to keep that in mind on your posts. Customer service goes a long way, and even if your representing a company by proxy, I think it would be great if we could recognise those top users like yourself for not only having the input but having great service skills too.. You never know when or if EE might be doing a competition for its community users to win some top prizes based on their inputs on the site. I'm not knocking, but a cool idea for both sides I think.
