I receive gifted data and I used to be able to check my data usage on the EE app. I no longer seem able to do this and I have tried several times but it seems only the bill payer gets to see my usage. What am I doing wrong please?

Thank you so much for your patience and time this morning. Yes, I or my husband will give technical support a call and I will let you know how I get on. I will probably do this after the weekend so there will be a little delay in my response. Thanks again!
