Why will ee not let me pick and order a new phone?. Text after text saying its time, but when I log in there's always a problem with the ee system. Think I will give up now, although been with ee for many years, Sky mobile here I come.

Hey there yeah the app defo been a little off for a month or so but you should ring CS up and talk to them about an upgrade if app won’t work they usually offer better deals in my experience over phone.

Thanks for your reply.  Biggest problem I have is that I am deaf!! I can never hear these automated press 1 2 or 3 kind of options. Then I  cannot always properly hear the person on the other end. However  I will try to get someone to phone for me. Thanks again.

Do you get an error message?
