For the past 3 weeks I've attempted on multiple occasions to make changes to my TV plan. I've tried the app and web service but on every occasion I choose the TV/Sport button to make changes I'm being redirected to the "upgrading broadband" page. To call EE amateurish would be doing a disservice to real amateurs. Could they make it any more difficult to allow me to make the changes I want to make?

There is no account access on these forums and therefore nobody knows your plan.
Just give EE a call and upgrade. You've probably spent more time registering and posting than it would have taken to call.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with the app and online service. If you give our customer support team a call, they'll be able to look into why that's happening, and help you upgrade.

Could you be any more unhelpful and spiteful? I registered a long time ago and not just to ask the question above. If this is what makes you a Community Star I despair for the so called "community" 🤣🤣
