Finding an itemised bill on my EE Mobile

I have both broadband and a mobile with EE.

On my broadband when I logged into myEE it shows my latest bill and previous, all itemised which is great.   However, on my mobile I no longer have this.   How do I see an itemised mobile phone bill.

Hi @Con2013

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you currently pay for itemised billing? This would be the only way that that you'd see a fully itemised bill.

You can set up itemised billing with our customer service guides for £2.50 per month, but this would only show itemisation for the next bill and not be back dated.

If you don't have an itemised bill, your bill will still show any chargeable calls and texts.

Hi @FYB,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you pay the monthly charge to get itemised billing, you can access the itemised information in your online account in the usage section and by downloading the PDF of your bill in the Bills and Payments section.

If you do not pay for itemised billing, your free calls and texts would not be itemised, only any chargeable calls or texts made would be itemised and can be accessed the same place as above.

If you do not have itemised billing currently but would like to add it for the future you can call us on 150 and one of our guides can set it up for you. Setting it up now wont backdate for previous calls/texts though.
