EE,
Please redesign your site, it's horrible to navigate and sometimes just says it can't load a page or whatever; while I was upgrading it actually wiped my basket while trying to get to the card details and took about 4 attempts to actually get it to finalise.
Had a text telling me i've got insurance documents etc for my upgrade ready to view, but I'd actually love to see even an EE staff member find them anywhere, it's THE worst website I ever have to use.
