Feedback for the MY EE APP PAYG customer

Good afternoon everyone,

I just wanted to give feedback for the MY EE APP Team.

Please could you kindly look at adding the option and ability for Pay As You Go customers to be able to top up with vouchers and also allow us to be able to change our subscription packs using airtime credit?

At the moment the only option to for topping up and purchasing packs is using a credit or debit cards, I would really like and love it if the MY EE APP time would consider adding the ability for the above mentioned.

I love using The MY EE APP, I would love it even more if I was able to use vouchers to top up credit and purchase my subscriptions packs using the MY EE APP it would be a lot easier and quicker for me.

Thank you so much in advance and I hope the APP team will seriously consider my suggestions. 😀

To top up your own number, text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number, e.g VO 1234567891234567
