Family plan

My two children have migrated to my account as a family plan. The EE app no longer recognises their accounts and they are unable to track their usage and data. They want to be able to view their data usage so I can gift them if they are running low. Can you help, please? They’ve tried logging in and out of the app but it won’t work and says they need a mobile plan to use this service.

@MichelleKeating   Have you setup your number as the bill payer and their numbers as users on your account.
