I’ve recently decided to upgrade my sim only contact as I’ve had my phone for nearly 6 years and it’s due an upgrade. The app and website allow me to log in but as soon as I go to products and “upgrade phone options” I get a error saying I’m unable to log in at this time or unable to upgrade and to try again. It’s been like this for days
