“Account closed” error when logging in to my EE

Hi I’m unable to use my EE as I get an “Account Closed” message every time I log in via the app or website. I’ve got a rolling contract for mobile plan and broadband and need access to my account to make a payment.

Hi @Katie_B . I did, I updated my email address but I was already having this issue before then

I'd recommend speaking with our customer care team on 150. 

The team will be able to refresh your account.
