Entered my DAY of birth incorrectly

Hi, I've stupidly entered my Day of birth incorrectly, but can't change it on my EE app profile. It gives you the choice of amending your details EXCLUDING your date of birth (for security purposes I'm guessing).

Can anyone advise me how I can do this please?

Hi again @NicKemp78, the EE app will display whatever is logged in our account system, so an incorrect date of birth is something that would need to be updated manually from our end. 

If your account has been active for longer than three months, you can update this in one of our retail stores provided you have a valid passport or UK driving license. 

Alternatively, you can send a copy of these two proofs, or your birth certificate, to our customer admin team at the following address:

EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN

Please make sure to attach a covering letter including your name, mobile number, account number and address too.

Hi, I've got a similar problem, I entered the day I was born incorrectly!!

Did you pop into the Retail store with proofs, or did you send them to our Correspondence address shown in the Solution of this post?

I went to multiple EE stores with my passport and they all told me they cannot change my DoB on the app, now lost on what I should do now

Did they update your EE account? the EE app should update once this has been changed.
