Hi, I've stupidly entered my Day of birth incorrectly, but can't change it on my EE app profile. It gives you the choice of amending your details EXCLUDING your date of birth (for security purposes I'm guessing).
Can anyone advise me how I can do this please?

They went through my details on the system and it was correct, however told me they could not change things that were displayed on the app. Can’t link my SIM to my account now because my DoB on the app doesn’t match the system. It’s been more than a week since I contacted customer services - they said the app would change within 24 hours but nothing has changed.

I'd recommend giving us another call and speaking with technical care @Michi7.
Our technical care team should be able to raise a ticket for this to be investigated further.

Hi, sorry, I haven't been online for a while. No,I haven't been able to do anything about this as I don't have a valid in-date passport and no driving licence!
