Hiya I've recently got my ee contract and for some reason it won't let me log into the mobile app??? I can logg on using the Internet so my password and everything is right but my app just doesn't do anything when I put my password in any advise???

I ended up ringing up and they sorted it I was still logged into my old contract account and it wasn't active so needed to change it to my new contract I wouldn't of had any idea so glad I rang up
