U need to sort this app out its rubbish can't even sign in to make payment.

If you have an android device try clearing your app cache/data under app settings.

@Williamswayne29   That’s because EE do account maintenance when it’ll affect the lest number of customers.    This is done so you don’t have potential issues.  Unfortunately this means account access is not available.
