How many times are they taking the my ee app down for planned maintenance its going down every few weeks if ur having 2 do maintenance every few weeks then something isn't working so y not take it back 2 how my ee was b4 the all new app its a joke and 17th of nover ill be giving my 30days notice and going 2 sky mobile

We try to run maintenance at the times of lowest usage. We need to maintain the app to improve the features and help it continue to run smoothly.

@Candy313 It’s not the app it’s customers accounts that are having maintenance, the app is just a gateway to access your account just like if you was to use a PC to access your account.
