Ee app is the worst most substandard app I've had the misfortune to use

Hmm let's see. Mostly won't open. When it does it's incredibly slow. If it
does open it won't recognise my fingerprint. Then it won't accept my
password and when I try and create a new password it locks me out.

I've spent 48 hours trying to get in to pay the bill ee are harassing me
about. Ee makes it impossible. I'm a pensioner and I find this very
distressing.

Which error message do you see when trying to reset your password?

It tells me I'm locked out

Does it ask you to wait a specified amount of time before reattempting to reset your password?
