How do I change mobile number on profile. Kept old number that has switched over but the number that came with the sim is showing on my profile and I can’t edit it as it doesn’t exist so a pin can’t be sent to edit it. I did speak to customer services and they said they changed it but nothing has happened my end.

If you are unable to edit it online due to the number no longer being active it does require calling 150 to get it updated. I am sorry they did not get it done when you asked originally.
They may have updated the contact number on your actual mobile billing account, rather than the contact number associated with your EEID which is the one you see when clicking profile when logged in.
I would give us a call on 150 when you get a chance and request the contact number for your EEID is updated and that should make sure the correct one is being updated.
