ER App not working since moving across from Plusnet

Since moving from plusnet to EE I have not been able to view my bill or account/ profile on the EE app. I have raised this and just keep getting texts to say still being looked into. Can your profile just be deleted and you try and register again? Cannot even log off device as cannot go into account as says having issues right now

Just says page not loading or something gone wrong!
