EE won't recognise my ee number

I can get on my ee website (but have to log in each time) but every time I want to try and put credit on my phone it goes straight to "do you want to leave EE"

What is that all about?

OK, thank @tebo53 

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can try to activate your SIM card and make sure everything is showing correctly from our side.

Is this happening when you try on more than one device or browser? Have you tried our fast payment service?

Hi,

I've just tried that way and it keeps saying 

"We're not able to accept payments to that number. Please try again"

I am on pay as you go, perhaps they are trying to get me to change my plan?
