Just tried to log in to app but it says it is offline for 'improvements'. Same for the website. I need to check my balance and top up - I think my balance is zero but not sure. I am not in the UK so therefore I can't call or text 150 to top up or get support because I don't have credit. When will the app be back? I urgently need use of my EE sim card. Thanks.
