EE website and app not working

I can’t access the app or the website at all. I called EE and they told me to change the SIM which I have done. I also cleared the phone cache history, deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked. Any ideas about a solution?

@KJ611  If you can not access the online account you need to call customer support and request an account reset.   Not sure why you was asked to change the sim has that has nothing to do with it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That didn’t work either. I’m tired of wasting time calling EE and nothing happens. EE is abysmal
