EE website and app - can't access bills or other info

I'm not sure specifically what is impacting you without accessing your account, so if you find you still are having problems after 24 hours then I would recommend reaching back out to our team, and they will be able to take a look further into this.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your bills.
I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling the app, and then try again to access your bills.
When you're accessing your bills via a web browser, I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies, then give it another try.
Using a different browser to access the site may also help.

I got same problem and tried whatever in the app and in the browser, I cleat my phone and my browser many times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing.
At last I rang 150 yesterday and they told me that they have an issue that trying to fix.
When I asked when it will be fixed the answer was in 24 hours, but is this true?

Just spoke to a staff member on the phone and she confirmed that they got issues and that unfortunately she doesn’t know when it will be fixed.
just told me to keep trying

it's really a shocking service, no access to your account on either the app or web site
