Just to start with, I'd recommend giving this a try through a different device or browser; it's also worth switching between mobile data and WiFi to see if this resolves the server error, too.
If you continue to have trouble from there, please give our sales team a call, or pop into one of our EE retail stores, and they'll be happy to help look through your options.

I try a lot before, using different phone and computer, and different browser, same" internal server error", that mean EE website problem.
And then, ex-customer cannot order or shopping product in the account, always pop up the message"your account is cancelled".
Finally, I go to EE shop to sign the SIM contract directly. Let me using 2 hours for the transportation from home.😅😅😅.
