My EE app is saying that I need to link a device, this wasn’t happening a week ago and it’s really inconveniencing me. I’m a University student and I can’t see how much data I have less due to this!! This is extremely frustrating!!

Hi @rosieeellx1,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you able to see any lines on your online account? Can you try linking your SIM to see if this resolves the issue?

Rach

Thank you!! That’s very helpful!

Thank you!

I’ve been with EE for years and I tried to connect my sim but it’s an eSim and it wasn’t letting me connect it, I tried different details as my Mum pays for my phone bill but is connected to my phone but it wasn’t working! It was linked last month and i could see my data usage etc and then suddenly unlinked! 😞

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
