EE - the company who don't want your money

What a shambles of a company. Recently I had to contact support to clear an order (which never existed) off my account so I could change my tv package. I'm now interested in upgrading not only my tv but possibly also broadband (I've received an "upgrade" email from EE) but every time I go to add anything or see what's on offer I get an error message "Please try later". That "later" has now run into a 2nd week. You couldn't make it up. A business which doesn't actually want your business 🤣🤣

Hi @RobMU69

Thanks for coming to the community.

We do want you to be able to see your upgrade options.

If you are seeing this error each time you try to view the offers, it will need our tech guides to have a look at your online account settings, and if needed raise a ticket to have it looked at further.

If you give the team a call and explain what you see, they can get this checked, and if it is easier, discuss your renewal options over the phone.

***UPDATE***

Made the call. All I can say is "roll on the end of my contract". I've just been told it's going to take FIVE working days to put this shambles right. That is a complete joke which isn't funny in the least.

EE are even more incompetent than BT were. At least with them problems such as this were fixed immediately.
