Just ordered a new monthly contract phone. Everything seemed to go through alright money came out my bank but never received a confirmation email or anything now I can't even track my order won't let me do anything on my account. Any advice

It's great news to hear that you've ordered a new phone, I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on it.

If you'd just ordered your phone when you sent your message, don't worry, it may take a few hours for your confirmation to turn up.

Could you check your emails this morning, please and let me know if you've received anything yet?
