EE perks account deactivated

Hi can someone please help me. My EE perks account has been deactivated and I can't access my additional codes for my husband to use. I have no emails from EE perks and it just says it's been deactivated with no instructions to reactivate it.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi could i also have help with this please. I created an account with ee perks with my work email but didnt verify in time and now i can't re-register or login. I've called 150 about 5 times now and they seem to not be able to help or just tell me to speak to my manager which makes no sense as they don't control ee perks.
