I have been trying to contact WE via live chat but no luck. I am a contract customer. I have also messaged on instagram and facebook. But just keep getting automated responses. I don’t have time currently to phone to chat.

@tmcaleer1986 Live that chat is available via the EE app under help. EE don’t use Facebook or instagram. Live chat is only available when an agent is free to chat. These are the same people who take customer calls and EE can not have people just waiting for someone who might want to use live chat so you could even end up waiting just as long to chat as to call.

@tmcaleer1986 , some of us have already notified customer services about this, that live chat seems to have disappeared from the app and EE are looking into this, so if it is not there, that is why you cannot see it.
When ringing customer services, just press option 2 and you should get through to one of the guides.
