EE link device error

Up until very recently I could log in to the app or website and I could access all details of my account, however now everytime I log in via the app or website im asked to link devices (I have 3 different numbers on my account) and none are accepted and I keep getting an error message......im trying to upgrade but getting no where.....is EE having issues? Thanks Matt

That is odd @snellsbg 

I'd recommend speaking to our technical team as this does seem like something specific to your account and will need to be looked into further and if needed, a support ticket raised.

I'm not aware of any problems that could be causing this, so it is likely to be specific to your account. Had you made any changes around the time you started being unable to access it?

Absolutely no changes. One day I could log in, the next nothing?

Yes I have now done this and they have sorted it...not sure what happened but all ok.
