I’m having an issue when checking out with the ‘Spread the cost’ option.
I’ve selected the product (MacBook Air M4 15”). I want to pay a lump of £200 and then pay off the rest over 9 months. When I select ‘Apply for EE Finance’ it just loads forever and nothing happens.
I tried ordering it on a browser but it doesn’t give me the option to pay off the £200 at the start.
Ive been waiting to afford this for a while and I’m eager to pick it up now as the app suggests there aren’t many left.
Any help appreciated

Thank you for your reply.
I’ve tried clearing cache and redownloading the app but nothing has changed. If I tried on another device, would I still have access to my 5% off colleague offer?
Lastly, do you know what the options are through 150 to speak to someone in tech sales? I tried but there didn’t appear to be an option for this.
thanks again

Hi @tomW1lb
Thank you for coming back and advising what you have tried so far.
When you call 150, select option 1 and you will receive a text with a link in it to select the correct department.
Or you can call our electronics team on 0800 0790 062.
Thanks

Hi there, I’ve tried sorting this over the phone but kept being passed around until I ended up back here.
I’ve noticed that the products that have this blue tab with the finance option work at checkout but the others do not. The product I’m trying to buy doesn’t have this tab meaning I can’t apply for the finance option I need.
Are the 3-48 month agreements not available for all products?

Hi @tomW1lb
We offer the option to either spread the cost over a 3-48 period.
We also offer the option to purchase the product outright.
If you select the option with the blue finance option, you'll be able to spread the cost for your product.

Hi there, I know you offer both and I’m trying to order a laptop and spread the cost. In this thread I’ve been trying to raise an issue with the app that the finance option isn’t working at checkout.
my question was do you offer this finance on ALL laptops or just the once that show that blue tab I pictured?

@tomW1lb The majority of our tech offerings are available via EE finance but not all of them. In your initial post you mentioned the model MacBook Air M4 15 but I take it from the last screenshot it is the M5 1TB you are trying to purchase?
From what I am able to see finance should be available on that model if so and seems to be via the website from what you say. Just to check if you try some other tech on EE finance via your app like the 512GB version for example, does that load the EE finance option or is it the same issue with loading forever?
