I want to add an item to my contract, but I’m not able to do that. I see an error after the basket checkout. I was thinking of sending a message through the app chat, but I no longer have that option.
I’ve been with EE for more than 5 years, and I have two accounts in the app under my name — one for a pay monthly SIM and one for an Apple Watch.
Is there anything I can do to send a message to EE?

If the "Message Us" option is not showing within the Help section of the EE app, please call us directly and speak to our Technical Support Guides, who will be able to investigate this further for you.

@maxon_uk , you are not the only one, who cannot see the message us in the app, we have reported it and they are supposed to be looking into it, I even uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and reinstalled it, made no difference.
