Thank you for your reply. I didn't realise that I'd ended up in a Web forum. Maybe I should clarify, I was using the chat feature in the 'My EE' app on my iPhone getting support on my EE mobile contract. After I had been timed out and needed to log in again repeatedly, the app appeared to sense that something wasn't right and invited me to submit a bug report, which I did, and this is it. I received notification of your reply by email and clicked in the link in the email which brought me to this Web forum. As my support call was ultimately transferred to the broadband team, there's no longer a need to continue the chat. I only have the one mobile phone and the 'My EE' app is newly installed and I guess is the browser. I haven't seen EE chat in any other context so have no idea where to find it in another browser either. I just thought it was a feature of the 'My EE' app.
