can anyone help me I was having an issue with the app so I removed it and then redownloaded but now when I put my email it won't let me press the next button so I can put my password in but let sign in just fine on my iPad

What phone are you using at the moment, and is the software on this fully up to date?

Could you please try logging in via the browser version of your account too and let me know if this works?

If the website version is working as it should do, then it sounds like everything is fine with the account.

Have you tried the app on a different device, and has this worked with this phone in the past?
